Although Dampmen never ended up doing work on our property, the owner, Mischa, still took the time to provide me with incredibly helpful advice and guidance regarding the damp and mould issues we were experiencing. Even though it was a waterproofing and damp-proofing project they were unable to assist with directly, Mischa went above and beyond by giving me detailed recommendations and practical solutions to help resolve the problem.

Dampmen have carried out extensive waterproofing and maintenance repairs to my home in De Waterkant. They are unmatched in terms of quality of work and a unique approach and expertise to identifying and restoring waterproof and related structural work. This is a high watermark owner managed construction business probably the only in Cape Town I would recommend with certainty and confidence.

Dampmen are truly the best in the business. Ive used them at my house and my business and workmanship and professionalism was second to none. We had leaks at home and we tried so many people to try and get it fixed. None were successful in fixing the issue, in step Dampmen. Finally the issue was sorted and it's been perfect ever since. They are Brilliant.

We contacted Dampmen with a problem no one else seemed to know how to solve. Mischa came with a wealth of knowledge and compassion, and a solution to fix the problem from the inside out. The team were extremely professional, friendly, efficient and clean. Mid job they handled additional work to be done with no problems at all. Dampmen did a great job for us at our home in Cape Town. Their team was kind and friendly, which we really appreciated during the four weeks they worked in our space. They worked as neatly as they could and would always take the time to clean up after themselves in the afternoons. Communication was clear, and they kept us updated on any schedule changes. We’d happily recommend Dampmen.

Mischa from Dampmen came to do an assessment regarding some mould issues at my property today. He was very generous with his time, and had lots of helpful advice. I found his knowledge, honesty and professionalism very refreshing. While the damp problem was resolvable without needing their assistance, I would have definitely gone with them had I needed to. This company was already recommended by a friend, who was happy with their work.

Highly recommend their technique of negative waterproofing.
They have a very competent team. I must also compliment the foreman on site Gavin for going the extra mile whilst on site.
