He contacted me very quickly after I sent him an enquiry, and made time to pop over and have a look at my property the same day (which he didn’t charge for, unlike other companies). In the end, he felt the issue wasn’t damp related, and was honest enough to say so, and advise me on an alternative solution. How wonderful to deal with such an honest, reliable contractor.
